A total of three development sites are earmarked for light industry and its commercial suppliers. The marketing area of the plots totals 50 hectares and is designated as a GI area in the development plan. The planning envisages that the plots will each be centrally located with their narrow sides on the road and thus directly connected to the inner development. Depending on the desired plot size, additional spur roads can also be realised. The other side of the buildings faces the open landscape or the landscape park and thus provides a fantastic view.
