Managing Director Andreas T\u00e4uber welcomes numerous interested parties to Datteln<\/h3>\n\n

For the seventh time, real estate representatives from all over Germany took a look at interesting development sites during the Ruhr Investors Tour – and also stopped off at newPark.\nThe tour gave the participants the opportunity to talk to those responsible directly on site and thus provided the best conditions for the next major real estate project in the Ruhr region. <\/p>\n\n

Andreas T\u00e4uber, Managing Director of newPark, was able to present the newPark project to investors, entrepreneurs and project developers on site.\nAs a state project (LEP area), the newPark has 156 hectares of marketable land available for production sites of national importance.\nPlanning permission already exists for the first 60 hectares. <\/p>\n\n

“newPark stands out due to its location in a conurbation and the 60 hectares of commercial space with building rights,” says Andreas T\u00e4uber.\n“The demand for large spaces in the newPark is very high. The market is interested and the location is historically favorable. You won’t find this anywhere else in NRW.”\nThis creates a real opportunity for the Ruhr area and the Emscher-Lippe region. <\/p>\n\n
